Purpose: To educate and promote a comfort level that fosters openness in order to value unique differences.
Crew members promote diversity in Tulsa; host D2: Diversity and Dialogue events; partner with other diverse organizations; and host Corporate Lunch Bunch events to assist companies and individuals with diversity issues.

2012 Crew Goals:
• Collaborate with all TYPros crews to include diversity in all activities. Focus on embracing our differences.
• Include diversity marketing in the TYPros e-newsletters
• Create crew mission statements including diversity at ground level, making it part of all TYPros activities.
• Re-launch of Corporate Lunch Bunch, assisting Chamber companies on diversity issues.
• D2 Event annually, discussing issues that matter.
• Collaborate with other crews and diverse organizations in the community.
• Collaborate on the Return on Inclusion summit with TAHRA leaders
• Participate in Mosaic, the Chamber’s Diversity Advisory Council
• Support OUR Oklahoma, the statewide campaign to make the economic case for diversity
