Crew members connect 80-plus young professionals to community nonprofit board "intern" positions; coordinate an "unplugged" series featuring a Q&A format with local leaders; coordinate Leadership and F.I.T. event series; and adopt a local nonprofit.

• Continue successful Leadership Series
• Continue successful Unplugged Series
• Continue to partner with Leadership Tulsa on boards program
• Build a successful partnership with Junior Achievement as 2010 community partner.
• Elevate FIT series.
