Purpose: To develop strategies to promote leadership opportunities and education for young professionals, and to connect YPs to community nonprofit board “intern” positions.
Crew members connect 80-plus young professionals to community nonprofit board "intern" positions; coordinate an "unplugged" series featuring a Q&A format with local leaders; coordinate Leadership and F.I.T. event series; and adopt a local nonprofit.

2012 Crew Goals:
• Continue successful LED Series
• Continue successful Unplugged Series
• Enhance our relationship with TYPros Community partner, YWCA through philanthropy and volunteerism
• Refine the Board Internship Program and streamline the application process and enhance the Get On Board event
• Launch the F.I.T Series with new clubs and fitness opportunities
