The February Adventure Series will be hosted by Mike Wozniak, owner of Soundpony bar and co-founder of after-school bike clubs at Tulsa Public Schools. Wozniak, in conjunction with TPS, Tulsa Parks, and other volunteers, cleared brush and created beginner mountain biking trails in Lubell Park in early 2017. Prior to the effort, the park had become overgrown and little used. Now, the park is not only more available to the surrounding neighborhood, but is also used by the bike club at Remington Elementary next door. Check out this Tulsa World article to learn more.

We'll take the tour and walk the 2 mile trail on foot, but feel free to bring a bike as well! After the event, everyone is invited to attend the Diversity Crew's "Worldly Fare" event at Shawkat Mediterranean Restaurant near 41st and Sheridan.
