The Work We Do

TYPROS exists to invest in young professionals—and that starts with access. Our free membership opens the door to meaningful programming, leadership opportunities and community engagement designed to help you grow and lead in Tulsa.

Intentional, thoughtful and connected to the needs of the Tulsa Business community, TYPROS events are anchored in our vision to see young professionals educated, engaged and empowered to step into positions of business leadership, positively impacting the culture of the Tulsa business community and contributing in a meaningful way to its future.
Be it attending a Pub Club, or applying for Get on Board, our non-profit board placement initiative, TYPROS offers young professionals the ability to thoughtfully engage with opportunities to develop their professional network.
Engaging with the civic process starts with expanding on your knowledge of the civic process. TYPROS is positioned to equip young professionals with the tools, language and relationships they need to become the next generation of civic leaders in Tulsa and beyond.
At TYPROS, we believe that leadership is a posture, not a position. By fostering the values of curiosity, community and conviction, we support young professionals as they learn what it means to lead in the business and civic realm.
