Lead Forward is a dynamic, four-month leadership development program designed to equip young professionals with the skills and tools needed to be more inclusive leaders in their workplaces and communities.

Created by the TYPROS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Crew, this program offers participants the opportunity to engage with community partners, learn from DEI experts, and apply best practices that foster more inclusive environments. Through interactive learning, hands-on experiences and meaningful discussions, participants will gain practical knowledge they can immediately apply to their professional and personal leadership journeys.

Participants and Benefits

TYPROS membership is a requirement of this program. If you’re not a member, you will be asked to complete the free membership process before starting the program.

By participating, you will:

  • Attend two community events per month

  • Watch curated micro-learning videos

  • Reflect on your experiences to deepen your understanding of inclusive leadership. 

Those who complete the program will leave with tangible credentials for their resumes and LinkedIn profiles, demonstrating their commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
