Lead Forward is led by the TYPROS DEI Crew and equips participants with education, tools, and resources centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through guided learning and practical application, the program empowers emerging leaders to integrate inclusive practices into their professional roles and contribute to more equitable workplaces and communities. Participation is application-based.
