Get on Board is a collaborative initiative between Leadership Tulsa and TYPROS Leadership and Service Crew that prepares young professionals for nonprofit board service. Through a structured board internship experience, participants gain hands-on exposure to governance, leadership, and nonprofit operations - building the skills and confidence needed to invest meaningfully in the community through board participation. This is an application-based program.
